Danielle Gilliam-Moore is a big deal...she will definitely not tell you this because she is one of the most humble people I've met, but really, she is a big deal. At 31 she is the policy lead for one of the world's largest cloud-based software companies, a company with a client list that cuts across multiple industries. In her role she has to keep her finger on the pulse of not only her business, but the business of her clients and the people they serve, all through the lens of policy. Communication skills are central to her success, so part of our conversation will be about how she has built that muscle, and what she sees has on her list as "still to learn". We will also get into a "big data" conversation, how it's the currency of the moment, and the future.
